If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, our streamlined process ensures a smooth exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the lighting fixture in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware and instructions, to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement fixture within 5-7 business days.
